Sacral, Third Eye, Crown Chakra

Scheelite stimulates the Sacral (Navel) Chakra, and connects with the Crown and Third Eye Chakras, and encourages spiritual and psychic openness, while at the same time creating a strong connection with the Earth. This makes it an excellent crystal for astral travel and shamanic journeys. The powerful energy makes it almost too strong for quiet meditation, but some who find meditation difficult may find this helpful. Initially, holding it while meditating is like holding a cool flame, and can be used in this way as a point of focus. It can also be used to help restore energy when feeling low and depleted.
